Minimum Age Limit

Use of the mzplay platform is restricted to individuals who have reached the age of 21 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. mzplay reserves the right at any time to request proof of age from any member, and the account will be suspended while verification is carried out.

Any attempt to register using false information regarding age is a serious violation of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any existing balance.

Account Information Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name as per your identification card (MyKad or passport), an active mobile phone number, a valid email address, and your actual date of birth. Inaccurate information may affect the withdrawal and account verification process.

• Each user is only allowed one active account at any time
• Accounts may not be transferred or shared with another individual
• Registering multiple accounts from the same IP address is prohibited unless there is reasonable justification
• mzplay reserves the right to reject registration applications without providing a reason

User Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for the security of your mzplay account username and password. Never share your login details with anyone. mzplay will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to keep their account secure.

If you suspect your account has been compromised or your password has become known to another party, contact the mzplay customer support team immediately via live chat or email for prompt action.

KYC Process

mzplay reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals of certain amounts. Documents that may be required include a valid copy of your MyKad or passport, a bank statement showing your name and account number, and proof of ownership of the e-wallet or payment method used.

This verification process is part of mzplay's commitment to compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) laws and to ensure the security of transactions for all members.

Deposit Methods & Limits

mzplay supports various deposit methods for the convenience of Malaysian players. The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM10. Available methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

• Deposited funds may only be used for gambling purposes within the mzplay platform
• mzplay does not charge any deposit processing fees

Withdrawal Terms & Processing Time

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. All withdrawal requests will be processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the payment method selected and the verification status of your account.

Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name. mzplay will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

• Users must fulfil the wagering requirements of any active bonus before a withdrawal is processed
• mzplay reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security review purposes
• Withdrawing via the same method used for the deposit is encouraged
• Withdrawal requests that have been submitted can be cancelled before processing through the account section

First Deposit Bonus Terms

mzplay offers a 120% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM120 bringing your account balance to RM220. Your wagering requirement is RM120 × 10 = RM1,200. Another example: a deposit of RM2,600 will yield the maximum bonus of RM1,500, bringing the balance to RM4,100, with a wagering requirement of RM1,500 × 10 = RM15,000.

• The bonus is only valid for the first deposit and cannot be combined with other promotions
• Each account is only eligible to claim the welcome bonus once
• mzplay reserves the right to cancel the bonus if the terms of use are violated
• Bonus funds and winnings from the bonus will be forfeited if the wagering requirements are not met within the specified period

VIP Levels & Cashback

mzplay has four VIP levels to reward member loyalty: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each level offers a different weekly cashback — Bronze up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.6%, Gold up to 0.9%, and Platinum up to 1.2%. Progression to a higher level depends on your gaming activity over time.

Fair Play Policy

All games available on the mzplay platform are operated by licensed software providers using certified random number generators (RNG). This ensures that the outcome of every game is random and fair, with no manipulation.
